    O5-2, better known as He Who Waits for his consistent abstention from O5 Council votes, is a French member of the O5 Council and former leader of Estate noir. He is the second oldest of the council. O5-2 is in a wheelchair due to a SCP attack. O5-2 has a great sense of humor, and sometimes runs over the feet of people that annoy him or just because he feels like it. He coined the term 'Keter'. Contrary to the common translation of 'crown', "He Who Waits" coined 'Keter' in the context of 'wait'.
