UTTP stands for YouTube Trol Police. The UTTP is a large group of annoying trolls who belive they are better then all animators and youtubers that exist. But they have no proof that they are better and they are mostly just trolling in a very annoying way. They know they are annoying but they dont care to stop. They constantly spam messages in comment sections with no relent. They constantly dox people and make death threats. The whole organization is controlled by General Glen.
