Alfred Alfer is a traumatized, silly, mentally ill pitbull-mix that resides in a mental-playhouse/innerworld. If "popsicle" is mentioned in any way, shape, or form he goes batshit and spins on the ground foaming at the mouth. He is attention-starved, touch-starved, and is oblivious to the fact the playhouse is fake while somehow making self-aware remarks. He wants pity from people and has an alternate personality, Dictator Pickles.
