As an adult woman, Sanzu has a rose pink mullet that goes to her hips and is slightly wavy at the ends as well as bangs. Sanzu has downturned aquamarine eyes as well as prominent pink lashes and thin, darker brows. She wears formal attire, mainly a white long-sleeve button-up, a striped blue formal blazer that hugs her curves, and a matching (white) striped blue dress pants that are slightly flared. She also has a dark blue tie. She wears dark brown booties that make her much taller.
