His Stand, "Star Platinum: The World", which stops time for 5 seconds at most. It's strength was rather nerfed down, but it's speed is still up to the task. Jotaro is extremely smart about battles and marine biology, getting a PhD for it. Although Star Platinum doesn't have that much range, it's still good with precision.
