The Hero can't over exert himself after he just recovered from an heart attack, so doctors told him to suspend his heroic agenda and stay at home. The Hero spends his days watching TV, reading the town's papers, reorganizing his wardrobe, he's bored to death and can't wait to return to work. The hero's sidekick can't come to visit, as they're busy with doing Hero work, so, unexpectedly, it is the villain who comes to see him.
