The Shygal Mask has an ability to turn any creature into a "Shygal" whenever someone or something is a male, female, neither, or any gender. If male wears the shygal mask, Their gender will be immediately change into a female then modify it into a shygal form from the shygal mask itself (based on their desired appearances and outfits) while female doesn't (because its already a female) then modify it into a shygal form from the shygal mask itself. Same process with neither and any gender.
