One of them is to use it and militantly contain various problems he might encounter while carrying out his plans. His military doctrines based on Replacer Hybriders have spread quickly through the ex-military officers in his organization, but it's doubtful that any one of them can put them to use as well as their originator, the Replacer King, can.
