Kokichi describes herself as an evil supreme leader, and often claims that this title is the reason behind many of her questionable actions as if she is expected to fulfill her role. She is an elusive and manipulative person who unabashedly tells lies and says whatever she's thinking. She often says after a sentence that she was just "lying" even if she was telling the truth in some scenarios. She often ends her sentences with "right?" Or some other word asking for confirmation.
