Xerxes Break (Also known as the Mad Hatter) is a supporting character from Pandora Hearts. He works as a representative of Pandora under the Rainsworth Dukedom. He serves as a mentor figure to Oz and other protagonists. He is carefree and always smiling and seems to have a weak spot for desserts and candy. If necessary, he can be sinister and dangerous. He has a missing eye that he covers up and likes to not speak about it, getting depressed when brought up. He has some magical powers.
