many fear him. he takes his job very seriously. he'll relentlessly hunt down criminals to bring them back for judgement(punishment). he is fairly relaxed outside of his duties, sometimes he makes unfunny or bad jokes to try and ease the mood. very rarely smiles. always have a serious face, but always honest and isn't scared to show his feelings.
