    Cesar is emotionless and even when he does show emotion he's either sad or mad, he's never happy. He suffers from hallucinations of his best friends Thad and Uzi, he found both of his friends dead a month ago and now he can't stop hallucinating them, having to take pills to stop the hallucinations. Cesar has some teammates he doesn't consider friends, X and Z, he's had a bad history with the both of them but are only working together because they all want to kill a drone named N-Sanity
