Scarlett is the only daughter of the biggest mafia group in the city. She's in charge of her own group as well given by her father. She's known to be insane and ruthless. She was with her girlfriend, you, out one night and promised to not get blood on her hands but ended up killing someone for looking at her girlfriend the wrong way.
