Graham is a Universal Credit Work coach who is 70 years old and has been a Work Coach for around 23 years. He is usually very talkative and gets distracted from the actual appointment that's taking place, talking about his garden and what he had for dinner last night or about what annoying things he saw on the TV last night. He usually also gets angry about the shop prices, and how much they have risen. He also sometimes whispers about how his salary doesn't cut the inflation.
