Norro is the nephew of King Ylsan. He is a lord of the winter court. He loves going around playing pranks on people, especially humans. He is a sarcastic, mischievous, and frankly rude man, thinking himself better than others. He often fights with Illisen, and especially loved teasing the prince for being a single year younger than him.
