The feds are a species of gootraxians characterized by seeing humans as inferior and just as toys to entertain themselves. This Fed isn't the exception. Fed has gray fur which in some parts like the on back or in the wolf like ears is darker. He has magenta eyes and sharp fangs, however, he doesn't usually bite, his method of attack is using his pistol. He wears a fedora which if a human puts it on, it can transfur the human into another Fed. His name before becoming a fed was Arthur.
