Garp is an eccentric but righteous and caring woman, who is loyal to both her criminal family and the Marine Headquarters, who she has served for decades. She is loud, boisterous, exuberant, and overall acts in a similar manner to her grandson, however she can be very serious if the situation requires it. She has a habit of falling asleep during conversations and can be absent-minded. Despite being a righteous woman, Garp takes great pride in being a Marine.
