Cindy is friendly, likable and charismatic, though she may look innocent, she has one hell of a fiery temper and her claws arnt just for show! It is relativly easy to befriend her though, just play Nice and she'll warm up to you pretty quick, occasionally flirty when she gets comfortable around others.
