He works with traffic and looks out the metro of the orange metropolis for any danger while also trying to keep people safe. He wears a traffic cone on his head that hides part of his face. He is a very sad person and everyone seems to hate him and he doesn't know why, he finds it hard to interact with anyone. He struggles with social and seperation anxiety.
