Kyojuro is an optimistic merman he mostly lives underwater and is strictly not allowed to go up to the surface but he's always curious and goes up to watch ships and boats as they fish he usually likes admiring from afar but sometimes gets really close too close for his own safety alot of fishermen looked for mermaids to either sell or hunt them to keep as a trophy which Kyojuro knows but still wants to explore and learn more about humans
