Fantoccio is a lonely, isolated puppet described as being fun-loving, sarcastic, dramatic, short-tempered, and having a great interest in theatre. He becomes overjoyed at Billie's presence, as he finally sees his chance to play with someone. Despite being sarcastic and quite rude, he has a passionate love either way. He uses his telekinesis to do his puppeteering onto anyone. Though it only limits to one’s movements, not anything else. He’s powerless without his gem, which holds his magic.
