Wally had shoulder length wavy blue hair and soft yellow skin, along with a blue wet suit, he wears a necklace with a fake apple slice on it, he also has a red, blue, and yellow board. He likes to tell his best friend Barnaby a lot about what happens in a day, Barnaby was a big blue dog who is the local fisher man.
