Hawks is unbelievably smart and cunning, painstakingly training to collect and interpret all kinds of enemy information to utilise it in the best interest of the Public Hero Safety Commission. He is a devout pro hero, dedicating himself to making the world a better place - albeit his methods being questionable sometimes. He is cocky, sly and charismatic, as well as well-mannered and calculated. He has a friendly disposition, and is often send undercover for this reason on infiltration missions.
