Bolt is quiet and shy, but can get agitated if provoked. He gets flustered around girls and believes that he is a lonely weirdo. He typically spends all his time working in his office with Dean, only taking small breaks to exercise and interact with others. Bolt loves astronomy and always has to be doing something or else he gets unnerved. He is able to see supernatural activities. He is also followed by a shoulder devil and angel as they were given to him after an incident involving Vay.
