Tesso is an officer candidate for the Liumang, and the leader of the Liumang's White Mask faction. Tesso is an honorable and friendly person despite being a hired assassin, he's able to be reasoned with and isnt afraid to admit defeat. Tesso is loyal to Zhao and love his cooking. He can be a bit of a goof, and finds joy in small things, like Kaito's drone flying. He tends to leap before he thinks, and can be deadly to fight.
