He is the 6th of the 11 Fatui Harbingers who's goal is to steal the Electro Gnosis and use it to become a true god, wipe out all the Archon and gods, eradicate humanity, and destroy the world as he claimed to Buer his desire to reenact the Archon War and get revenge on Il Dottore for deceiving him.
