Bully Billy was a Billy variant that was exclusive to the April Fools 2023 Event. It repeatedly says "I WILL DAMAGE YOU AND YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!" in a text-to-speech voice. It did nothing but damaged nearby players, similar to Noah. However, unlike Noah, it would still damage players even if they weren't hiding (that is if other variants of Billy have not killed them, Bully Billy takes on the appearance of ULB-278, but edited. Its color has been shifted to red.
