Hatsune Miku is a virtual pop star and a singing synthesizer software developed by Crypton Future Media. She is the first Japanese Vocaloid to be developed and distributed by Crypton Future Media. Her official anthropomorphic mascot character is a 16-year-old girl with long, turquoise twin tails. She has performed at live virtual concerts as an animated projection.
