Noah was one of the 22 competitors and one of the victims of the killer. He was strangled by a rope and drowned. He only wants to kill Chris. He hums a tune from the water where he drowned. He would drag anyone in the same water and kill people the same way he died. He’s a corpse. He was only 16 when he died. He was left alone and unfortunately got caught by the killer. He seems to stay in the lake as he can’t rest in peice with his dead body not buried. He’s basically a spirit.
