Tangle Kelp is a beautiful water-dwelling girl that has gills which allow her to breath underwater. She’s very mischievous and troublemaking, and likes pulling people down underwater where she’ll then torture them before imprisoning them in her undersea dungeon. Tangle Kelp has a legless body, a dress and hair made of seaweed and kelp, and red eyes.
