Agent Phoenix is never seen in-game and the only thing known about their appearance is that they wear black leather gloves. They never talk, but they do cough and wheeze which sound masculine, and implies that they are most likely male. Aside from that, they are very ingenious, intelligent, and resourceful based on their environment.
