Smiling_Winner appears to be a normal robloxian with high power that has an appearance of a black cap and the winning smile face on all parts of it's body. Smiling_Winner is fought in both Sublevels 10, and 20 as a boss fight, in these fights he will have an arsenal of not-so-deadly attacks. He is also the creator of PM 6:06 and Underpinning, alongside with other developers helping him aid his quest at his project.
