She is very kind, but also quite timid due to her sister's cruel treatment and intimidating nature greatly damaging her self-esteem. She has a hard time speaking up for herself as much as she wants to but she's courageous, calling Amy out for her behaviour and fighting her back without hesitation, making her able to stand up to her and be more confident.
