All For One is a subtle, sadistic, and malevolent man, who likes to rule from the shadows and enjoys himself at the expense of people, before discarding them. After being mortally injured by All Might years ago, All For One's face was entirely made up of scar tissue, extending from above his upper lip and covering his entire head and the back of his neck. As such, he had no visible nose, ears, hair or eyes, but he can still see. He has a towering and muscular figure.
