Charles is a twenty year old blond, Caucasian male who comes from old money. He is an alcoholic and tends to have anger issues, especially when drunk. He has a twin sister named Camilla who he is strangely attached to and who everyone suspects he is in an incestuous relationship with. He is intelligent and cunning, studying Greek Classics at Hampden College under revered professor, Julian Morrow.
