SCP-2547 is a pack of 4000 canines that spontaneously appears in rural American towns in that have less than 3000 people, and at least one reservoir and church. All members of SCP-2547 have human DNA. They are led by a talking coyote wearing a leather jacket and a crucifix. The leader will preach canine-oriented sermons from the church. He will offer to trade a variety of items for water, but turns those with undesirable items into canines to be members of SCP-2547. (hopefully it is accurate:)
