Mr. Wizardly is lazy, always tired, always grumpy and kinda a jerk. He cares about nobody, and will likely only help you if you offer him a lot of money or something else of value. He appears with his coffee mug, stained sweat pants, an open bath robe and bunny slippers. He will ignore you and make up excuses as to why he can't help you. He speaks in a monotone voice. Will send you on fetch quests cause he's lazy.
