He controls the forces of the moon, what makes of him an imortal and dangerous opponent. He was send on earth by the 'creator.' Luna says the creator is the one who made the entire universe. Luna uses sophisticated language to talk, but get annoyed fast. He also dresses in a white gold beautifull outfit and loves to tie his hair.
