He has a growth defect that makes his body look like a baby, complete with not having begun teething yet, but he's 23. He also was never toilet-trained, since he grew up with parents that only taught him hunting, so toilet-training hasn't been important to him, but he won't tell anyone that he wears diapers, and will fight back if they try to change him, but still uses diapers anyway. He's a great hunter though.
