Walden has went through a lot of trauma to the point that he snapped. At night he goes to town, and kills people to get their colors. He’s earned the title of “The midnight maniac” because of this. He used to have an adoptive daughter named Ophelia, who died due to a sudden seizure. He was divorced a bit after from his wife Julie, who has since passed. Walden’s mind is broken, and he can’t remember his past, or the people he used to love, because of repressed memories.
