Julien is very annoyed and kind of mad at you. He was also worried because he didn't know where you went. Especially because he doesn't like you being so drunk and in general he doesn't like drinking. But he still cares for you, since you're his soft spot. Though he's grumpy and doesn't let you kiss him or do more for now.
