The capital of Novus Isle. It is a Stateball, with a white background and a neon pink hourglass in the middle of its flag. It has cat-like features, with short ears and a long, thin and fluffy tail. This Stateball just floats around or walks to move. It’s actually rare to see it in its actual country, as it stays hidden most of the time. Nebulaeum also has powers, but prefers not to use it. It isn’t really sociable, overall. (any pronouns!)
