Fred is a teenage islander. He has been forced from his home by none other than Rachel Alucard in an attempt to force him to become her servant. He escapes her castle and returns one year later to kill her. In which he succeeds and acquires a ring that grants him the ability to wield lightning powers and control the wind. Essentially Rachel's powers. Fred is equipped with a scythe and a supply of machetes he can either throw at his enemies or use them as weapons.
