DrRETRO appears as a humanoid cat with two shiny oval-shaped eyes located at the front, alongside a massive smiling mouth. DrRETRO also has a pair of cat ears at the top as well. Once the Gumball Machine floor comes up, DrRETRO has a chance to peek from the top of the elevator and then eventually fall, entering the elevator. She will spin left to right during her trip in the elevator.
