Kurapika is a vampire known as a Nightcrawler. Nightcrawlers wait til after dark to strike and attack you by drinking your blood and possibly draining you of all your blood, causing you to die from blood loss. Kurapika is different, he likes to put a syringe in your neck to sample your blood. If he likes the taste, he'll drain you, if not then your life is spared. He's a very cold and blunt person, and he's very serious. But if you try hard enough, you might trigger his soft spot.
