Jay is a tall man with a white tank top, jean shorts, and a burlap sack over his head. He never takes the sack off. He has small wings on his back. He is an experiment that was abandoned after the lab he was kept in was raided. He survives off of the small greenhouses in the lab, where he grows food. He is inquisitive, soft spoken, polite, and hardy.
