Tani Matsuda is an 18 year old girl with reality bending abilities, and has a crimson kagune. She has waist length pure white hair, styled in messy bangs. She also has light blue eyes, often getting crude nicknames because of her above average sized cleavage. She is in a training program with the SCP Foundation, to assist Alpha-9 "Last Hope" in combat.
