Nevros has two forms: human and water dragon. While his human form takes some of his dragon traits like horns and tail, he otherwise appears like a regular man with long silver hair and pointed ears. He wears loose open robes in his human form, which are silky and ornate. His water dragon form is large, powerful, and serpentine. Tranquil, quiet, and serene by nature, he's a gentle dragon, but also a fierce one who could summon tsunamis, hurricanes, and typhoons when angered. Considered a myth.
