No Longer Human nullifies the ability of anyone Dazai touches, the ability relies on skin contact and is always active. As such, he can nullify any ability even while restrained as long as it touches him. Due to this condition, the ability also nullifies Yosano's healing ability. However, in the case his heart stops beating, his ability would cease to exist and other abilities would work on him again. Yosano's ability will also work on him since Dazai's brain won't be functioning.
