The Puppeteer wore a white collared shirt, with a black tailcoat suit and suit pants, with office shoes and a long black cane. The Puppeteer is manipulative, deceptive and fake-sweet. He collects inhuman and sentient creatures for his circus, giving no care for how they feel, but only if his audience likes the shows.
